10 minutes a day to a happier you
It’s hard to be happy when you’re stressed - and clutter absolutely leads to stress. One of the best techniques I’ve discovered to ensure that clutter stays in check is to do a 10 minute clean sweep of my house every night. Every night before I go to bed, I set a timer for 10 minutes and walk through the house finding and putting away things that are out of place. Try it! You’ll be amazed at the difference just 10 minutes a day can make in both your home and your stress levels.
